Archive Deceased and Inactive People
We’re excited to announce an easier, faster, and simpler way of archiving people. Archived people don’t show up on reports, directories, or communications, however they can still be referenced if needed. Here's a quick video showing how this works:
Prior to this point, we advised churches to use our "Hide People" functionality in place of archiving. While this functionality is still valuable for limiting who people can see (e.g. a user who should only have access to seeing other people in his or her small group), archiving people provides the benefit of removing them from view while still making it easy to reference those individuals.
