We’ve launched a newer, faster, and easier version of reporting for online giving! This video will provide you a brief overview of the new system.
We hope this new interface allows you to more efficiently manage your church's finances as you care for the people connected to your church. You can learn more in our Online Giving Reporting article.
Keep an eye out for further Online Giving updates coming soon, including a redesign of the donation page and the ability for donors to cover fees.
In an effort to make managing online giving refunds easier, donor profiles and contribution reports will now maintain a record of the original gift, along with the refund! The refund will appear in Breeze as a negative journal entry with a note of the payment details and the original charge date.
In addition, an email will automatically be sent to the donor on your behalf when you issue a refund! You can learn more in our Refunding Online Giving article.
To help churches navigate the many challenges they face with the COVID-19 pandemic, for March and April Breeze increased the free text message limit from 250 to 2,500. (This includes all text messages sent from March 1 to April 30.)
We pray this helps you more rapidly communicate with your church during the COVID-19 outbreak, without worrying about unplanned expenses.
