Check In Speed Increased
This morning we were monitoring how the new check in system was performing during services and noticed a significant slow down during part of the morning. Some of you were affected by this and we're deeply sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
We know that having systems running smoothly is incredibly important, especially on a Sunday morning, and that's why we've spent a good portion of the afternoon and evening working to resolve this. It was related to our recent update which puts more of the workload on the server than the device that's checking people in. We've updated code, tested different configurations, and hammered on the system, testing it from all angles.
The result is a faster, leaner, and more efficient check in system that should keep up well during peak times. As always, we'll continue to keep an eye on things to make sure Breeze is zipping along quickly as you'd expect it to.

We switched from a major, web-based ChMS to Breeze and our decision is confirmed every day.
