Detect Conflicting Volunteer Schedules
We've updated our volunteer management system to alert users if volunteers may be scheduled for more than one event at the same time.
When scheduling volunteers, if a volunteer is scheduled for more than one event on the same day, a red warning will appear that reads "Potential Conflict".
When hovering over that item, users will be able to see which other event(s) that volunteer is also scheduled for to better determine if the volunteer is able to be involved in both events.
This is the first in a number of updates we plan to make to the volunteer management system over the next few weeks as we've received significant feedback on this topic. We hope this first update will already help you better manage volunteers, ultimately allowing you to offer even better service opportunities for those involved with your church.
