Follow Ups Upgraded
We've made a couple of updates to follow ups to make them work even more easily for users. If you're not using follow ups now but would like some more information, feel free to check out this short video on how Follow Ups work in Breeze.
The first change we've made is to make it easier to see follow ups you've assigned. There's a link on the left titled "Assigned By Me".
This means you can give someone access to seeing follow ups they've assigned without giving access to seeing every follow up in the system.
The second change we've made is allowing you to interact with people in follow ups using the standard people actions (when on the follow ups search page).
