Update Existing People from Form Entries
One of the most common questions we receive goes something like:
How can I update a person's details based on the information they submit in a form?
Until now, our answer has admittedly been a bit underwhelming by requiring a user to manually copy and paste information over to a profile from the form entry. Not long ago we made an update so that a new profile could be created based on a form entry, but this still didn't solve updating an existing profile.
We're excited to announce that existing profiles can now be updated with the data submitted in a form. Here's a quick video showing how this works:
