Today we have some exciting news - as we continue to experience explosive growth, we're looking for an additional member to join the Breeze team.
The position would be to support existing churches in using Breeze as well as to help prospective churches decide if Breeze is the right fit for them. We find that the best people to help churches with Breeze are in fact other church workers who use Breeze themselves.
But fear not, we're not trying to take you away from your own church (in fact we want people happily employed at their church) - rather this is a part time position and you can work wherever in the world you'd like, which means it's ideal if you are part time at your church and looking for additional hours.
So if you have some extra time in your schedule and enjoy the prospect of helping churches around the globe do ministry better by using Breeze, we'd love to chat!
Here's a quick overview of the position:
Primary Responsibilities: Helping churches who are using Breeze as well as churches that are interested in using Breeze by answering support questions by phone and email.
Requirements: There's a few key skills we're looking for in this additional team member:
Location: Your home, apartment, local coffee shop, or wherever you work best
Hours: 20 hours per week (We understand that your church schedule will take priority. You have busy days, meetings, events, etc. While most of the Breeze support hours would be between 9am - 5pm EST, you would have a great deal of flexibility over when during that window you'd be on, allowing you to work around your church schedule.)
Type: This is a contract position.
Compensation: The warm fuzzy feelings from knowing you're making the world a better place. That and $15/hour :).
Equipment Needed: Computer and Android or iOS smartphone.

Breeze has been incredible. Their customer service, commitment to innovation, and their product are top-notch. I love the features, the ease of use and the mobile applications.
All of our database needs have been more than met, it's easier to use than the last database we had, and the price is amazing - what a value this has been to our church! We switched from a major, web-based ChMS to Breeze and our decision is confirmed every day. We are a medium size church and we use Breeze for contributions, member management, event checkin and a few other applications custom to our church. I had trouble getting any staff to use our previous ChMS but almost all staff are using Breeze. The product is very well designed, extremely easy to learn and use and customer service is incredible.
Breeze has opened the communication highway for our congregation and staff, with very little training. Breeze is the first ChMS my volunteers have actually embraced. That's because it's so easy to use. The software is very flexible and gives us the opportunity to make decisions based on actual data we've collected and not just hunches or stories we believe to be true.

Their customer service is so friendly, you feel like you have friends and family helping you get started, they're prompt to reply and will do whatever they can to help you get things sorted out. It's been so easy to learn, our staff is loving it and best of all even our staff who are not computer savvy find it a breeze (pun intended). We are just thrilled by our choice.
