Using custom fields, you have the power to choose what people information you store, which allows you to customize Breeze to fit your church's needs. Adding fields is as easy as dragging and dropping them into your People profile template. Add dates for background check renewals, child food allergies, spiritual gifts, or anything else that would be most beneficial to your church.
With Breeze, your church can easily schedule events, track attendance, and print name tags on the spot. You can quickly generate reports to gain insights into who’s attending, and how often. Additionally, you can set up alerts to notify you if families stop attending and even integrate with external calendars.
With Breeze, there's no need pay for a separate tool to offer your church online giving. Breeze has online and text message giving built right into our church management software and it’s included for no extra cost. (Each donation has a standard processing fee.) And, because it’s built into Breeze, donations are automatically connected to the donor in your Breeze account, making statement season...well, a breeze!
With Breeze, you can send individual or group emails and text messages to the people in your church's database. You can send messages instantly or schedule them to send on a future date/time, allowing you to prep in advance for upcoming events. Additionally, you can track who opened and/or clicked links in any email you’ve sent. Every Breeze account comes with an unlimited number of email sends per month for no extra cost, and 250 free text messages per month. And, additional text messages are only 1.9 cents per text.
